Here is a Bald Eagle that has been utilized to cover an older eagle tattoo.  An homage to his country, U.S.A., this client wanted to express his patriotism by having the national bird permanetly embedded in his skin.  The first attempt wasn't satisfying enough, so he had Biagio freehand a new eagle to cover and better fit his arm.
